Under NO circumstances will Paranormalevents.co.uk tolerate the use of Alcohol or any Drugs (with the exception of proven prescribed medication) to be used or taken prior or during an investigations.

We also do not tolerate any obscenities of foul and abusive language.

Anybody found to be in violation of any of the above offensive behaviour will be immediately removed from the investigation with no refund or further Investigations will be offered.

All participants are to act in a mature & responsible manner whilst attending investigations & must ensure their own health and safety and the health and safety of other participants at all times, failure to do so may result in our insurance policy not being valid for any claims.

Paranormalevents.co.uk and the Hosting Team, do not accept liability or responsibility for loss or damage to participant’s belongings during investigations, nor do we accept liability of any injuries, which may occur due to individuals not conforming to our Terms & Conditions or Health and Safety Regulations.

When attending investigations participants should stay within their team they have been assigned to and follow the instructions of their Team Coordinators for their safety & security. All bags should be left together in a controlled safe room and full respect should be given to the actual properties under investigation. Faking paranormal activity will not be tolerated, therefore we ask you not to spoil the night for others in your group.

All participants must adhere to any rules and regulations set out by the property owners.

Any equipment placed in your charge during the night is your responsibility to look after until you return it back to a member of staff. Any damages through neglect must be paid for.
